Questions are aligned to the New York State Social Studies Framework and Practices.

This assignment allows students to practice for the New York State U.S. History Regents exam by using released items from the August, 2024 exam. Students respond to multiple-choice questions analyzing historical documents (Part 1); write two short essays based on sets of documents (Part 2); write several short constructed responses analyzing sets of documents (Part 3a), and write an Civic Literacy Essay based on a set of documents (Part 3b). Questions are aligned to the New York State Social Studies Framework and Practices.
